Question 1

What feedback ratio can I expect with getsellerfeedback?

Accepted Answer

Without automated feedback requests, sellers typically receive feedback on only 1-2% of orders. With getsellerfeedback, sellers routinely achieve 10-15%+ feedback ratios by sending compliant, timely requests after delivery.

Question 2

Is getsellerfeedback compliant with Amazon and eBay policies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. getsellerfeedback uses the official Amazon Solicitations API for Amazon stores and the eBay REST API for eBay stores. We never use sentiment gating, never offer incentives for reviews, and never ask buyers to remove negative feedback. All suppression is based on objective operational rules.

Question 3

How much does getsellerfeedback cost?

Accepted Answer

getsellerfeedback plans start at £9.99 per month for the Starter plan (up to 500 orders). The Growth plan is £19.99/month (up to 2,500 orders) and the Scale plan is £34.99/month (unlimited orders). Every plan includes the full feature set: all stores, feedback automation, carrier delay protection, buyer message guards, and the feedback removal manager.

Question 4

Does getsellerfeedback support both FBA and FBM orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. getsellerfeedback handles both FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders. For FBA orders, the system can identify misattributed fulfillment feedback and route it through Amazon removal channels.

Question 5

What carriers does the carrier delay guard support?

Accepted Answer

The multi-carrier delay guard supports Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Evri. When a carrier reports a transit delay or exception, the system automatically suppresses the feedback request to avoid contacting buyers about delayed orders.

Question 6

How does the feedback removal manager work?

Accepted Answer

The feedback removal manager identifies negative feedback that may violate platform policies — such as misattributed product reviews left as seller feedback, FBA fulfillment errors, or carrier delays on on-time dispatched orders. It generates case evidence and routes removal requests through official platform channels. It never contacts buyers automatically.
